FREE PRIVATE BETA · SEPTEMBER 11, 2026

A few clear ground rules.

What to expect while testing ON ITT!, how AI suggestions work, and the rights you keep.

1. Operator and scope

ON ITT! is operated by Luke Crane, an individual based in Los Angeles, California, United States—not a limited liability company. These terms cover the website and free private-beta planning service. Contact hello@getonitt.com with questions.

This version was published September 11, 2026. Where acceptance is requested, these terms apply when you affirmatively accept them. Publishing this page does not itself record your agreement, retroactively bind existing testers or replace any rights or agreements already in effect. Requesting an invitation does not guarantee access.

2. Eligibility and your account

The private beta is intended for invited adults aged 18 or older who can enter into this agreement. Use your own invited email and accurate information. Keep sign-in codes private and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Do not sell access, share credentials, impersonate others or bypass approval and security controls.

You are responsible for activity you authorize, not for failures attributable to us. Your ON ITT! account and Apple Account are separate; iCloud settings can affect synchronization.

3. Free, unfinished software

ON ITT! does not charge a subscription for this private beta. Device and network providers may charge separately. Features, limits, supported devices and availability can change; TestFlight builds may expire. An invitation does not promise a launch date, ongoing access, future features or free lifetime access.

Bugs can affect voice, saving, scheduling, reminders, widgets, Calendar and sync. Keep a separate record of important commitments. Do not rely on the beta as your only system for emergencies, safety-critical activities or deadlines where an error could cause serious harm.

The free beta will not automatically convert to a paid subscription. A future paid offer will state its price and material terms and require purchase authorization. These terms do not establish subscription prices, trials or renewal terms.

4. AI suggestions and approval

AI can mishear, omit information, misunderstand dates, invent details or suggest impractical steps. Its output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, unique or suitable for you. Review tasks, dates, times, repeats and destinations before approval, and check saved results after edits or moves.

Approval authorizes the action shown, not unrelated changes. Asking you to review does not waive our obligation to implement the approval flow accurately. ON ITT! is an organizational aid, not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

5. Your content

You retain your rights in submitted tasks, notes and other material. You must have the right to provide it. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or credentials, and do not record people without any legally required consent.

You grant us and providers acting for us only the permission needed to process, store and transmit your content to provide the features you choose and support the service, subject to the privacy notice and consent requirements. This does not transfer ownership or grant permission for unrelated advertising, selling your content or unrelated AI training.

6. Permissions and other services

Features may depend on microphone, speech, Calendar or notification access, connectivity and third-party services. You can decline optional permissions, although related features may not work. Manual typed entry remains available. AI permission is separate from approving a proposed plan.

External services have their own terms and privacy information. Outages or changes can affect ON ITT!, but do not excuse our own legal obligations. Apple’s applicable TestFlight, App Store and software-license terms continue to apply. This page does not replace Apple’s applicable license.

7. Acceptable use and feedback

Do not use the service unlawfully, infringe rights, distribute malicious code, deliberately overload it, access someone else’s data or evade access limits. This does not prohibit legally protected conduct, applicable open-source rights or authorized security research. Report vulnerabilities privately without sending other users’ data.

Feedback is voluntary. You allow us to use suggestions to improve ON ITT! without payment or a promise to implement them. This does not authorize publishing your identity, private content, screenshots or testimonials without separate permission.

8. Privacy and leaving the beta

The Privacy Notice explains processing and choices. Accepting terms does not replace specific consent where required. You can stop using the service at any time.

The current Delete all data control is not a complete sign-in-account deletion service. Contact hello@getonitt.com for account deletion or help with remaining copies. We may verify ownership. Unsubscribing, uninstalling, clearing diagnostics and deleting an account are separate actions. Other devices, iCloud, external calendars and exported files may retain copies. We do not promise instant deletion of every backup, and nothing permits retention contrary to applicable law.

9. Changes and suspension

We may change or end the beta or restrict access for security, abuse, legal requirements or a material breach. Where reasonably possible, we will explain, give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue, and allow time to retrieve important information. Immediate action may be necessary for security or legal reasons.

Material terms changes will receive notice and new agreement where required; they are not intended to remove accrued rights retroactively. If a company becomes the operator, we will identify it and provide required notices.

10. Warranties, liability and your rights

To the extent permitted by law, the free beta is provided as available, without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose or compatibility with every device. Mandatory statutory rights and warranties remain in force.

To the extent permitted by law, Luke is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the free beta. No exclusion applies to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, violations of law, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory privacy and consumer rights are not waived. An unlawful limitation does not apply.

11. Disputes and contact

Please contact hello@getonitt.com so we can try to resolve concerns. Contact is not a prerequisite to exercising legal rights or seeking urgent relief. California law governs to the extent permitted, without displacing mandatory protections or access to courts available where you live. These terms do not require arbitration, waive class actions or require consumers to litigate exclusively in Los Angeles.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining lawful provisions continue. Failure to enforce a term is not a permanent waiver. These terms do not override mandatory law, Apple’s applicable terms or separate written promises.
